SOCIAL HOUSING
We have worked with a number of councils and Social Housing providers on domestic multi-site projects, winning the Panasonic Pro Partner Award for the Best Social Housing Project in Europe, for our project for Wealden District Council where we installed 220 Air Source Heat Pumps in a project that helped lift residents out of fuel poverty.
With the recent announcement of a 34% increase in the domestic RHI 10.02p/KWh) from April 2017, air source heat pumps offer the lowest cost solution to combating fuel poverty especially in off-gas areas.
We also offer innovative funding solutions to negate or reduce the impact on capital budgets for your projects.
FUNDING
With the recent increase in RHI we have a number of funders that will fund multi-site projects for heat pumps. The term of the funding is 7 years to match the RHI payments. Ecosphere manage and maintain the heat pumps over the term of the funding and offer a 7 warranty on the heat pumps.

O&M Packages
We offer full O&M packages for heat pumps. These packages include an annual check and service, 24/7 telephone support and call out service.
Do you have an underperforming heat pump?
Unfortunately, over the years we have seen many poorly installed and maintained heat pumps. This can lead to inadequately heated properties and high heating costs as the heat pumps are not working efficiently. The good news is that often the problem is an easy fix!
